Breath is the foundation of life

in-SPIRA-tion and re-SPIRA-tion is the action of bringing air, spirit into the body. It is only when we are alive that we breathe. Without Breath all life stops. As Wiki adds, “Spirit comes from the Latin word for “breath,” and like breath, spirit is considered a fundamental part of being alive”
I support people in filling themselves with themselves. I would love to sponsor an event that aligns people to themselves through breath.

Make Room is about making space for all different thoughts, feelings cultures. We start by making room within ourselves (breath helps with that too! ) then we make space in our literal rooms. My business helps people grow their networth through real estate that they then rent for community building as well as income.

Internal serenity is important to cultivate as our typical modus operandi is unconscious or auto pilot. As we take time each day to cultivate a space on inner peace we create an identity able to show up in this world ready to work on making things better. In 2007 I met a process called Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Touch. Also known simply as Stillness. In this modality students learn to find a stillpoint within themselves and regardless of the thoughts or anxieties which may surface, the student remains still. In this state we are able to create a healing vessel for that which ails. A disposition that invites a connection to our origin and a moment of deep peace. When you know peace even for a minute a day it becomes a resource within you that you can draw upon at anytime.
